Job summary

Citizens State Bank in Onalaska, WI is seeking a full-time Teller. You don’t need prior banking experience; if you’re motivated and ready to learn, we’ll train you. The role may include morning hours from 7:00 am or evenings until 6:00 pm with rotating Saturdays until noon.

Duties include processing deposits, cashing checks, and balancing the cash drawer. Candidates should be dynamic, sociable, with excellent customer service and the ability to multi-task.

Citizens State Bank, a locally owned community bank, is looking for highly motivated candidates with a passion for five-star customer service to fill an open full-time Teller position in our Onalaska office. This position could include morning hours from 7:00 am or some nights until 6:00 pm and rotating Saturdays until noon.

Applicants must be dynamic, sociable, and enthusiastic team players; while possessing a positive “can-do” attitude, excellent judgment, and communication skills. Candidates must also have superior customer service skills, great attention to detail and the ability to multi-task with a strong desire to succeed. Previous cash handling experience is preferred although not required. The duties of the position include processing customer deposits, cashing checks and balancing a cash drawer.
