Job summary

Frost Bank is looking for a friendly Teller in Houston to join a customer-focused team. You will handle routine cash transactions and provide accurate, courteous service at the branch.

The position is part-time with a steady schedule, offering opportunities to grow within Frost’s 150+ year legacy while supporting local customers and communities with quality banking experiences.

Qualifications

• Availability: Mon–Fri, 7:45am–1:15pm with rotating Saturdays, 8:30am–1:30pm.
• Teller role requires trust, integrity and building relationships with customers.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications and cash handling preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and teller services meeting performance standards.
• Perform daily credit and debit transactions in line with bank policies.
• Maintain proper cash on hand and settle teller cash daily.
• Fill change orders, wire transfers, and bankcard advances; exchange negotiable instruments.
• Manage risk with loss prevention practices.
• Use critical thinking with accuracy and efficiency.
• Act with Integrity, Caring and Excellence to achieve positive outcomes.
