Westamerica in Healdsburg is looking for a Customer Service Teller to provide exceptional service to our clients. The successful candidate will promote the sales of bank services and ensure compliance with standards while supporting team success through effective communication.
With a focus on accuracy and accountability, the teller will manage transactions, maintain cash balances, and contribute to the satisfaction of every customer. The role requires good customer relations skills and basic math abilities.

Inaccurate transactions will impact branch’s cash balances, decrease teller incentive payouts and may result in customers feeling discontent toward the bank.
