Job summary

KeyBank seeks a Teller in Fairport, NY to deliver excellent in-person client service, welcome new and existing clients, and assist with account transactions and servicing needs. You will listen for financial wellness opportunities during conversations and guide clients to appropriate services.

As a Teller, you will balance cash drawers, adhere to compliance and security procedures, and support daily branch operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma , GED, or equivalent business experience (required)
• Experience in a client service role (required)
• Experienced in cash handling (required)
• General understanding of PC with Windows based applications and calculator (required)
• Notary License (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Provide teller services in-person, handle account transactions and servicing needs.
• Identify and resolve client servicing issues and escalate as needed.
• Listen for financial wellness opportunities and transition clients to a Banker.
• Assist clients in achieving financial goals using wellness tools.
• Balance cash drawer within balancing guidelines and follow security procedures.
• Attend morning huddles and end-of-day debriefs.
• Follow policies and comply with regulatory requirements.
• Work Saturdays as directed by management.

Placement within the pay range may differ based upon various factors, including but not limited to skills, experience and geographic location.
