Genisys Credit Union in Auburn Hills is seeking a Part Time Financial Services Representative to serve members with cash transactions, cross-sell products, and resolve inquiries. This role offers incentive pay and flexible hours at the Auburn Hills branch.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, strong communication and math skills, and prior customer service or sales experience. Cash handling is a plus, with opportunities to grow within a helping community financial institution.

Qualifications

• Cash handling experience helpful.

Responsabilités

• Perform cash withdrawals, deposits, transfers, loan payments and more per credit union practices and policies.
• Cross-sell credit union products and services to provide high quality member service and reach goals.
• Balance daily transactions and verify cash totals; investigate and resolve out-of-balance conditions.
• Ensure members' requests and questions are promptly resolved in person, over the phone, or via other methods.
• Maintain the Credit Union's quality reputation.

Position Purpose:

Our locations are constantly recognized for providing excellent customer service to our members. We are currently seeking motivated candidates for a Part Time Financial Services Representative at our Auburn Hills branch. This position has the opportunity to earn incentive pay.

Job Duties (include but not limited to):

• Performing financial transactions such as cash withdrawals, deposits, transfers, loan payments and more per credit union practices and policies.
• Cross selling credit union products and services to provide high quality member service and reach credit union goals and objectives
• Balances daily transactions and verifies cash totals. Investigates and resolves out-of-balance conditions.
• Ensures that members' requests and questions are promptly resolved whether in person, over the phone, or via other communication methods.
• Ensures that the Credit Union's quality reputation is maintained and projected.

Qualifications:

• High School Graduate or equivalent required
• Customer service experience preferred
• Sales experience preferred
• Cash handling experience helpful
