Louisiana National Bank is seeking a Teller to deliver exceptional customer service while processing transactions in a friendly, professional manner. You will balance cash, handle a variety of transactions, and promote bank products at the point of service.
The role requires strong attention to detail, reliable transportation, and the ability to travel between LNB locations as needed. This position may be full-time or part-time and includes weekend rotations.
As a frontline employee, Teller will provide exceptional customer service while processing transactions. Each day, Teller will serve customers in a friendly and professional manner that aligns with our brand promise, vision, and mission statement. Teller will accurately process customer transactions and maintain a quality record related to balancing and errors. Teller will contribute to a positive and productive work environment. Teller will have a full understanding of LNB’s product and service offerings and take advantage of cross-selling opportunities based on customer behavior.

This position operates in a professional office environment.
This is either a full-time OR part-time position; working hours will be determined. Schedule may change based on staffing needs.
This position is placed in a rotation to work Saturday shifts 9 AM – 12 PM. Saturday shift assignments are approximately one shift every 4-6 weeks and may change based on staffing needs.
Travel may be required.
