Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and 1-3 years of experience.
• Appointing authority may require social worker’s license.
• Agency prefers Bachelor’s Degree with 2-4 years experience.

Responsabilités

• Assess physical and emotional risk to the client throughout the case.
• Conduct home visits to observe/interview families or clients.
• Obtain information from interviews with involved parties to determine needs, safety, and stability.
• Respond to emergencies, initiate emergency court action, and make findings of abuse/neglect.
• Collaborate with community organizations to meet client resource needs.
• This is a telework position with investigations in Hinds County and surrounding counties.
