Qualifications

• Substitution of education may not be used in lieu of specialized experience for this grade level.
• All materials must be submitted by the closing date of the announcement.
• Foreign education must be evaluated as equivalent to U.S. education for qualification purposes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct audits in compliance with GAGAS and evaluations in alignment with quality standards.
• Review data using quantitative and qualitative methods to assess program effectiveness.
