Qualifications

• Experience in customer service delivering prompt, accurate information.
• Ability to identify customer needs and ensure satisfaction.
• Strong math skills to compute totals, averages, percentages.
• Data entry skills to read documents and enter into databases.
• Familiarity with MS Office and data entry systems.

Responsibilities

• Process financial documents and purchase orders per procedures.
• Provide fiscal support for vocational counselors and staff.
• Coordinate purchasing of goods and services for participant plans.
