Job summary

The United States Attorney's Office for the Northern District of Ohio in Toledo seeks an attorney with criminal litigation experience. • Willingness to reside in the district or within 25 miles and comply with federal rules.

Responsibilities

• Prosecute federal criminal cases in the District, advise law enforcement, present to grand jury, and handle appeals.
• Manage significant and complex criminal prosecutions as training progresses.
• Travel as needed within the Northern District of Ohio for court and training.
