Job summary

Dane Street seeks Board Certified OB/GYN physicians to join its Disability Peer Review panel as independent 1099 reviewers, working remotely from home. You will evaluate disability claims, provide advisory opinions, and decide case types based on your availability.

This is a flexible, contractor role with no patient interactions and a focus on clinical decision-making. Typical turnaround times are 3–5 business days, and the company coordinates all administrative tasks while offering initial

Qualifications

• Board certification in OB/Gyn and an active, unrestricted medical license are required.
• Experience in conducting Disability Peer Reviews is preferred.
• Contract reviewer role (1099) with flexible scheduling and telework options.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate disability claims as part of an independent physician panel.
• Provide advisory-only opinions with no doctor-patient relationship.
• Maintain scheduled turnaround times (typical 3–5 business days) and coordinate administrative tasks.
• Utilize Dane Street's case portal to review and prepare determinations/reports.
• Participate in initial training and access ongoing support for reviews.
