Job summary

Daybreak Health is seeking an associate clinician (LSW or LPC) in Illinois for remote teletherapy with K–12 students. You’ll receive supervision, flexible scheduling, and no administrative burden, while contributing to statewide programs. Must hold an Illinois LPC/LSW and have 500+ post-graduate hours toward licensure.

We offer remote work from anywhere in the US, with evening/weekend slots, and a highly competitive $40–$50/hr rate. Prior school-based experience is a plus.

The Work

You'll provide evidence-based teletherapy to K–12 students across Illinois, collaborating with school counselors and families statewide. You'll participate in case consultations and contribute to clinical program development as we grow.

What You Need

• Active LPC or LSW in Illinois (required — we are only able to hire these license types at this time)
• Minimum of 500 post-graduate supervised hours already completed (required — this role is best suited for associates with an established start toward full licensure, not candidates just beginning their post-graduate track)
• Experience or strong interest in working with school-aged youth and families
• Comfortable with telehealth and EHR systems
• Available Mon–Fri afternoons/evenings (weekend slots also available)

Preferred

• Bilingual Spanish/English fluency (preferred — bilingual applicants will be prioritized)
• Experience in CBT, DBT, or similar modalities
• Prior school-based or youth-focused experience
• Active NPI and CAQH

Pay Range

$40—$50 USD
