Job summary

Hope In Her, Inc. is seeking licensed or provisionally licensed therapists to provide teletherapy to diverse populations in the United States. The role involves delivering 8–20 sessions weekly, conducting comprehensive assessments, and documenting progress in a compliant, timely manner.

The position emphasizes trauma-informed and culturally responsive care, with regular supervision toward licensure and opportunities for professional development and leadership within a justice-focused community.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required in social work, counseling, or marriage & family therapy.
• Trauma-informed, culturally responsive practice.
• Experience with marginalized populations and LGBTQ+ inclusion.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 8–20 teletherapy sessions per week with flexible caseload.
• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Document clinical progress in a timely, compliant manner.
• Participate in weekly clinical supervision (required for provisional licensure).
• Attend monthly team meetings and reflective case consultations.
• Collaborate with team for referrals, community workshops, and advocacy.
