Job summary

Legion Health is seeking exceptional psychiatrists (MD or DO) to provide telepsychiatry across the United States with meaningful clinical autonomy. Full-time and part-time positions are available.

We offer substantial administrative and credentialing support, malpractice insurance, and a framework that prioritizes patient care while leveraging advanced EHR, e-Prescribe, and AI tools. Work from home with a collaborative clinical community.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted license to practice medicine in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and medication-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort providing care remotely and using electronic health record systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent patient care for conditions including depression, anxiety, ADHD, insomnia, PTSD, bipolar disorder, etc.
• Perform comprehensive psychiatric assessments, including mental-health history, medical history, diagnostic evaluation, and risk analysis.
• Create and execute individualized treatment plans that may combine medication management and brief psychotherapy.
• Provide compassionate, respectful, and patient-centered care.
• Use evidence-based clinical protocols and responsible prescribing practices.
• Collaborate with other psychiatrists through consultations and case reviews.
• Use technology and operational systems effectively to deliver reliable telehealth care.
