Lyra Health in the United States is expanding its contracted psychiatry network and seeks board-certified Child and Adolescent Psychiatrists to provide live 60-minute video intake appointments and regular follow-ups. You will conduct evaluations, manage medications, and collaborate with therapists and coaches within a connected network to deliver culturally responsive, high-quality care.

Qualifications

Board-certified or -eligible Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist with an active license in at least one state.
Experience providing telehealth services in a virtual environment preferred but not required.
Comfort with live video tools (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet, Doxy.me, Skype).
Proven ability to engage families and work with children, adolescents, and young adults.
Commitment to JCAHO guidelines and practicing in an accredited framework.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and create individualized treatment plans.
Provide evidence-based treatment and medication management for anxiety, depression, ADHD, and mood disorders.
Foster family-centered care and educate families on mental health issues.
Deliver virtual psychiatric sessions and maintain high-quality patient experiences.
Collaborate with team members for care planning and provide consultative support.
Maintain accurate documentation and use data to improve care quality.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and ongoing professional development.
