Qualifications

• 4+ years of deep hands-on migration experience in voice telephony or CPaaS technologies.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read and modify integration code in C/JavaScript/TypeScript/Java/Python and work with APIs.

• Lead hands-on migration of live communications workloads across voice/Telco stacks.
• Read, modify, and debug integration code and live call/message flows from logs.

Key Responsibilities

• Deep handson migration experience in one or more of voice telephony SIP PSTN SBC carrier messaging SMS RCS WhatsApp email delivery CPaaS eg Twilio Vonage Sinch Bandwidth Infobip or contact center eg Genesys NICE Amazon Connect Five9 Teams Dynamics based Depth in one area beats shallow coverage of all.
• Personally planned and executed at least two production cutovers of a live communications workload carrying real users or traffic.
• Able to read and modify integration code C JavaScript TypeScript Java or Python work with SDKs REST APIs and webhooks and debug live call message flows from logs and telemetry.
• Working knowledge of Azure as it applies to communications workloads identity networking event monitoring.

Basic Qualifications
