Alignment Health is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join as a Telephonic RN Case Manager for our SNP members, all from the comfort of your home. This fully remote, phone-based role helps members navigate their care, close gaps in care, and overcome barriers to better health while complying with HIPAA and coordinating with the care team.
Must have an active California RN license (Non-Compact), a minimum of 2 years clinical nursing experience and at least 1 year in case management;

Must be willing to obtain RN licensure in Nevada, Arizona, North Carolina, and Texas (company reimburses costs)
Fully remote - work from anywhere in the U.S., but must work Pacific Time hours. All communication is conducted via phone, email and Teams. Company-provided equipment and IT support included.

Pay Range: $77,905.00 - $116,858.00 Pay range may be based on a number of factors including market location, education, responsibilities, experience, etc.
