Elevance Health's BioPlus Specialty Pharmacy is looking for a Telephonic Clinical Nurse Coordinator to partner with healthcare providers and pharmacists to drive personalized health management and improve outcomes for members.
You will conduct care management for complex oncology cases, ensure high-quality, cost-effective care, and collaborate with physicians to plan interventions and ongoing care. This role is hybrid with in-office collaboration one to two days weekly.
Sign On Bonus: $5,000
Schedule: Monday-Friday 12:30-9 EST or 1:30-10pm EST. May need to work holidays based on business need.
This role requires associates to be in-office 1 - 2 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace. Alternate locations may be considered if candidates reside within a commuting distance from an office.
