The role supports multiple office systems and upholds our culture of service excellence. Candidates should have a high school diploma and 2–5 years of related experience, with flexibility and poise under stress preferred.

Position: Telephone Operator
The Telephone Operator is responsible for providing courteous, efficient communication between the public, our patients and their families, the Staff and Physicians. The position serves as support to all areas under Business Office Systems with various duties as outlined in the job specific duties. This position supports an organizational culture for service excellence and practices the service excellence standards to all customer groups. Demonstrates ability to effectively assess and implement job responsibilities according to departmental policies and procedures.

High School Diploma or equivalent; 2-5 years job related experience recommended. Some college education in related field desirable. Flexibility, selfmotivation and high tolerance for stressful situations preferred.
