Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) or B.S. in Pharmacy from an accredited institution.
• Active, unrestricted Ohio Pharmacist license.
• 1–2 years in central fill, mail order, call center, or high-volume retail preferred.
• Tech-savvy with strong typing and multi-screen navigation.

Responsibilities

• Perform final clinical reviews on high-volume prescriptions for dosing, safety and accuracy.
• Educate patients over the phone on regimens, interactions and adherence.
• Collaborate with physicians and staff to resolve therapy issues and obtain authorizations.
• Oversee pharmacy technicians handling dispensing and fulfillment workflows.
• Maintain quality, regulatory compliance and performance metrics.
