Cynet Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for Telemetry in Fredericksburg, TX. This 13-week contract offers nights, 12-hour shifts, and a weekly pay of $1,861 with start on 11/9/2026.

Unit has 24 beds, patient ratio 1:6, and a busy telemetry environment. Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of telemetry and postoperative care experience, active RN license, ACLS and BLS, and are motivated team players who can handle on-call and weekend requirements.

Competenze

• Active RN license in good standing.
• ACLS and BLS certifications required.
• Telemetry nursing experience preferred.
• Specialty exam and skills checklist completed.

Mansioni

• Provide individualized patient care in telemetry unit.
• Monitor vitals, IVs, I&O, and administer medications.
• Collaborate with charge nurse and day/night team.
• Maintain EMR documentation and bedside reports.
