Job summary

HealthTrust Workforce Solutions is seeking a travel nurse RN Telemetry for a 13-week assignment in San Antonio, Texas. This position requires night shifts, 12 hours each, with 36 hours per week on an ortho-tele unit.

You will join a 23-bed unit, work with a team consisting of RNs, CNCs, PCTs, and unit secretary, and must hold ACLS, BLS, NIHSS certifications. Travel nurses are supported to deliver quality patient care while adapting to a dynamic hospital environment.

Qualifications

• Registered nurse with current licensure to practice in Texas.
• Experience in telemetry nursing and neuro assessments (NIHSS).
• ACLS and BLS certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Provide telemetry care on an ortho-tele unit at a 23-bed facility.
• Maintain patient ratios around 5:1 and manage shift handoffs.
• Work 12-hour night shifts on a 13-week travel assignment.
