Job summary

TotalMed is seeking a Telemetry RN for an immediate travel assignment in Bowling Green, Kentucky. The role is a 13-week travel assignment with 36 hours per week on 12-hour night shifts.

The Telemetry RN will monitor heart rate, blood pressure, respiration, oxygen levels, and EKG data, interpreting results to guide patient care. ACLS/BLS/NIH certifications are required, with 1–2 years of acute care experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of recent acute care experience.
• Telemetry RN experience preferred.
• ACLS, BLS, NIH certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic bedside care.
• Monitor and adjust specialized monitoring equipment and interpret readings.
• Identify irregular telemetry readings and notify the medical team.
• Initiate corrective action when monitoring data indicates adverse symptoms.
