A critical illness recovery hospital is seeking a part-time Telemetry Technician in Savannah, GA. Candidates should complete an EKG class within the first month and preferably have a high school diploma or background as an LPN or nursing student with EKG training. An extensive orientation program is provided to support new team members.

Qualifications

• Must complete EKG class for Monitor Techs within 30 days.
• Must pass competencies required by Select Medical.

Responsibilities

• Monitor EKG readings and respond to alarms.
• Observe and interpret EKG strips and rhythms.
• Collaborate with nurses for strip validations.
