Job summary

TotalMed RN seeks a Telemetry RN for a 13-week travel assignment in Winston-Salem, NC. The role requires 1–2 years of acute care experience with telemetry monitoring and ACLS/BLS certifications. The position is travel-focused with 40 hours per week and day shifts.

As a Telemetry RN, you will monitor patient data from heart rate, blood pressure, breathing, and ECG equipment, and support the care team by responding to telemetry alerts with appropriate action.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years acute care RN experience.
• Telemetry monitoring and patient assessment.
• ACLS and BLS certifications required.
• Travel nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide telemetry monitoring and bedside care.
• Interpret and document telemetry data and vital signs.
• Notify team of abnormal readings and act on protocols.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure patient safety.
