Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking a Registered Nurse on our inpatient Johnson 3 telemetry unit in Massachusetts. The 32-bed unit provides stroke, cardio-pulmonary, and infectious care with a strong teamwork focus and comprehensive patient education.

Responsibilities include conducting assessments, administering medications, collaborating with physicians, and educating patients and families to optimize outcomes on a positive, supportive team.

Qualifikationen

• BSN preferred
• Massachusetts RN license required
• BLS required
• Telemetry experience or completion of Basic Arrhythmia Recognition and Care of telemetry patient within 6 months of hire

Aufgaben

• Complete assessments, administer medications, wound treatments, observes patient’s progress and evaluates therapies for clinical outcomes and effectiveness
• Collaborate with physicians and other medical professionals to develop an optimal health care strategy plan for each individual patient
• Support and educate patients and their loved ones to achieve maximum outcomes
