Carilion Clinic in Roanoke, VA, is hiring a Registered Nurse for the Medical Progressive Care unit (PCU). The 24-bed telemetry unit focuses on Hospitalist Medicine with renal and other medical diagnoses and supports acutely ill patients.

As an RN, you will provide individualized care, document in EPIC, and collaborate with the care team to plan patient care, discharge planning, and family education. A VA RN license and BLS are required, with ACLS/PALS may be needed.

Qualifications

• Graduate of professional nursing program eligible to sit for VA licensure.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized patient care and coordinate nursing services for telemetry PCU.
• Collaborate with the care team to develop and revise patient care plans.
• Document care in EPIC and monitor patient outcomes.
