Job summary

Qualifications

• Active New York State RN license required.
• Associates Degree in Nursing required.
• BLS to be obtained during orientation; ACLS to be completed by end of orientation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient and family assessments and develop person-centered care plans.
• Provide skilled, high-quality clinical care and maintain documentation.
• Apply evidence-based practice and demonstrate accountability within the care team.
• Serve as a trusted clinical resource, mentor, and leader in supporting staff development and patient care excellence.
