Job summary

Qualifications

• PA RN license valid (or multi-state via eNLC) required.
• Preferred certification in area of specialty.
• CPR certification required.
• Act 34, Act 33, and Act 73 criminal background clearances required.
• Experience in leadership and supervision of LPNs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess and implement nursing care plans.
• Provide leadership in a professional practice setting.
• Delegate tasks based on patient needs and staff levels.
• Supervise LPN scope of practice.
• Participate on interdisciplinary teams to evaluate clinical care.
• Promote patient safety initiatives and quality improvements.
