Hoboken University Hospital in Hoboken, NJ is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care, and to delegate tasks to the health care team.

The role collaborates with rehabilitation staff to maximize patient independence and to help return to the prior residence. A BSN is preferred.

Must have Associate Degree in Nursing, NJ RN license, and BLS (AHA). 0–1 year experience required; 2–4 years preferred.

• Associate Degree in Nursing required.
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
• Valid NJ RN License required.
• BLS -AHA (required).
• 0-1 relevant work experience required.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience (preferred).

Responsabilidades

• The Registered Nurse is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating the delivery of care.
• Responsible for delegation of patient care to other health care team members.
• Coordinate services with rehabilitation staff to maximize patient independence to return to prior residence.
