The role emphasizes evidence-based practice, clinical instruction, teamwork, and maintaining healthy staff ratios during night shifts. Connecticut RN license and BLS required within 90 days of hire.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school.
• One-year recent Acute Care RN experience preferred.
• Current Connecticut RN License required within 90 days of Hire.
• BLS certification by the American Heart Association required.

Responsibilities
