Baylor Scott & White Health in Fort Worth is seeking a Registered Nurse for a night-shift PRN role in a 16-bed small-format hospital. You will provide age-appropriate patient care, follow physician orders, and ensure privacy and safety for patients and families.

The position requires 2+ years Telemetry/ICU experience or related healthcare work, RN license, and BLS/ACLS; PALS preferred; BSN preferred. Night/weekend differentials and a 401K match are among the benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or Nursing Diploma required; BSN preferred.
• Current state RN licensure without sanctions.
• 2+ years RN experience in Telemetry/ICU or 2+ years in related healthcare roles.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications; PALS preferred.
• English fluency in written and oral communication.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prioritize, and provide proficient, age-specific nursing care according to advanced specialty knowledge.
• Follow physician orders in the delivery of nursing care.
• Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality of information and records.
• Adhere to infection control and aseptic techniques in patient care.
• Handle admissions, discharges and transfers.
• Assemble equipment for procedures and assist others as needed.
• Ensure care per state nursing standards and facility policies.
