The Detroit Medical Center (DMC) Registered Nurse (RN) – Telemetry at DMC Sinai-Grace Hospital in Detroit, MI, delivers high-quality patient care on a dedicated team. This role requires graduation from a nursing program, Michigan RN licensure, and AHA BLS. BSN is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduation from a school of nursing is required.
• Active Michigan RN license is required.
• AHA BLS certification is required.
• BSN is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and maintains collaborative relationships with physicians and other health care providers.
• Delegates, assesses, provides and evaluates patient care.
• Provides and delegates patient care activities to team members.
• Monitors patient progress and prepares patient for discharge.
• Reports directly to senior unit management and participates in shared decision-making activities.
