Newark Beth Israel Medical Center in Newark, NJ, is seeking a Registered Nurse for its Telemetry Float Pool. This full-time, night shift role requires collaboration with the medical staff in a fast-paced hospital setting, providing high-quality nursing care.

The ideal candidate holds an active NJ RN license (or Multistate) with NJ endorsement and BLS certification, with 1 year of Telemetry/Medical-Surgical experience. A bachelor's degree is preferred; every other weekend work is required.

Competenze

• Active NJ RN license or Multistate RN license with NJ endorsement.
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association.
• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing; bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
• 1+ years of Telemetry/Medical-Surgical hospital experience required.

Mansioni

• Provide quality nursing care in collaboration with the medical staff.
• Follow the New Jersey State Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies.
• Plan, implement, and evaluate individualized age-specific nursing care.
• Participate in performance improvement activities and care coordination.
