Job summary

Temple Health in Philadelphia's Jeanes Campus is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Telemetry Unit on a 36-hour Night Flex schedule (7pm–7:30am). This full-time role requires active RN licensure and BLS with a focus on high-quality patient care in a dynamic unit.

The RN will collaborate with physicians, families, and healthcare teams to deliver individualized care, supervise nursing staff as needed, and utilize the nursing process to optimize patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
• PA Registered Nurse License required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required.
• Multi-State Compact RN License required.

Responsibilities

• Assesses, implements, and evaluates care for assigned patients under physician direction.
• Collaborates with patient, family, peers and health care team to individualize care.
• Directs nursing support staff per standards and department policies.

Education
