Job summary

Cynet HealthStaff seeks an experienced RN for Telemetry (MS/Tele) in Hazard, KY on a 13-week contract. The night shift entails 12-hour shifts with 84 hours over two weeks. Nurses will float within the scope of practice and must have 2 years of Tele/MS experience.

Active RN license is required, with certifications in AHA BLS, ACLS, NIH. Flu vaccine is mandatory unless exemptions are approved case-by-case. References and certification copies are required upon submission.

Qualifications

• 2 years of recent MS/Tele or Tele experience required.
• Active state nursing license or compact license required.
• AHA BLS, AHA ACLS, NIH certifications are required.

Responsibilities

• The RN will manage MS/Tele and observation patients.
• Access ports and administer therapies per telemetry protocol.
• Interpret dysrhythmias and monitor telemetry continuously.
• Administer blood products as prescribed and monitor patient response.
• Care for adult and geriatric populations in the telemetry setting.
