Qualifications

• Diploma or Associate Nursing is required.
• Registered Nurse license with KY eligibility is required.
• No experience required for full-time or part-time positions. If PRN, must have one year of RN/LPN experience in an inpatient, acute-care setting.

Responsibilities

• The RN is accountable for the care of a group of patients, focusing on safe, effective, patient- and family-centered care.
• Supervises licensed and non-licensed staff and mentors/precepts colleagues.
• Applies the care process and develops, implements and evaluates the plan of care to improve patient outcomes.
