Job summary

Baylor Scott & White - Lake Pointe in Rowlett, TX is hiring a Registered Nurse to manage telemetry patient care in a 26-bed unit on 2 South and 4-10 beds on 2 North. The role requires a minimum of 2 years of telemetry RN experience and a commitment to patient safety and quality care.

As part of a Magnet-designation journey, you will assess patients, develop care plans, educate families, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced hospital environment with a 1:4- to 1:5-staffing

Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years of telemetry RN experience.
• RN license in good standing.
• BLS certification or within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and create care plans.
• Monitor telemetry data and respond to changes in patient condition.
• Educate patients and families and collaborate with the care team.
• Delegate tasks appropriately and ensure patient safety and quality care.
