Job summary

Riverview Health in Noblesville, IN, seeks an experienced Registered Nurse for our Medical and Post-Surgical Units. The RN provides direct patient care, develops individual plans, and coordinates delivery of services within the hospital system.

The role requires an Indiana RN license, BLS, ACLS within six months, and telemetry experience; new grads are welcome. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is offered for eligible applicants.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing by date of hire.
• BSN preferred.
• RN license eligible to practice in Indiana.
• BLS - American Heart Association required.
• ACLS through AHA within six months of hire.
• Telemetry specialty within six months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements a written plan of care and communicates it to the care team.
• Documents care plans and patient information accurately in the EMR.
• Administers medications per physician orders and policy.
• Performs selective procedures including IV starts, blood administration, and phlebotomy tasks.
• Precepts new staff and oversees other team members as needed.
• Provides discharge education and information to patients and families.
