Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current RN license for state of practice.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Uses the nursing process to deliver patient care.
• Assesses learning needs and applies teaching strategies for diverse patients.
• Leads and coordinates nursing team resources within interdisciplinary teams.
• Uses data to evaluate and improve patient outcomes.
• Maintains professional responsibility and aligns with the healthcare facility’s standards.
