Job summary

Concord Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for a diverse patient population within a safe and therapeutic environment.

The role emphasizes evidence-based care, collaboration with the multidisciplinary team, and adherence to organizational standards and policies. BSN preferred; NH RN license and BLS required; one year of clinical nursing experience expected.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited School of Nursing; BSN preferred.
• One year of clinical nursing experience.
• Current RN license with NH Board of Nursing & BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and plan individualized care.
• Provide and document nursing care and interventions.
• Collaborate with the health care team to meet patient goals.
• Educate patients and families about care plans and post-discharge needs.
• Supervise Licensed Nursing Assistants and unlicensed staff as needed.
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
• Direct and participate in care for diverse patient populations.
