Job summary

Tidepoint Healthcare Staffing in Salem, MA is hiring a Local RN - Telemetry I - Float Pool for a 13-week assignment. Shifts: Nights, 7p-7:30a, 12x3, 36 hours per week with end-of-week rotations.

The role requires MA RN license, 2 years acute care in one location, 2 years traveler experience, plus BLS/ACLS and TR Band. You will monitor cardiac status, read tele strips, and float to eight units using EPIC.

Qualifications

• MA license required for RN practice in Massachusetts.
• At least 2 years of acute care hospital experience in a single location.
• 2 years experience working as a Traveler.
• Ability to perform cardiac drips and reading tele strips.
• TR Band experience.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• EMR: EPIC.

Responsibilities

• Monitor cardiac status and interpret Telemetry strips every 4 hours.
• Administer and monitor cardiac drips per protocol.
• Float across eight units as assigned.
• Maintain patient safety and accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with ED, ICU and medical-surgical teams.
