Stanford Health Care in Palo Alto, CA is hiring a Clinical Nurse (RN) for Day 12‑Hour shifts. You will deliver hands-on nursing care within the California Nursing Practice Act, coordinating with the care team and teaching patients and families.

A BSN is preferred; at least 2 years RN experience including telemetry; ACLS/BLS certifications; CA‑RN license. This role emphasizes patient education, safety, and professionalism; weekend-only schedules affect premium pay per policy.

Formación

• BSN from an accredited college or university preferred.
• 2 years of RN experience required.
• Telemetry experience required.
• 1 year of RN experience in Cardio Surgery, Step down, or ICU strongly preferred.
• Current BLS certification.
• Current ACLS certification.
• CA-RN license.
• Able to communicate effectively in English.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on nursing care to patients following evidence-based practice.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care with the care team.
• Educate patients and families to manage care and prevent complications.
• Monitor and ensure quality healthcare practices and patient safety.
• Adapt to rapidly changing situations and activate appropriate protocols.
