You will lead an interdisciplinary team, document care, ensure compliance, and pursue BSN requirements within four years if hired with less than 12 months experience; a solid foundation in nursing fundamentals and patient advocacy is essential.

Qualifications

• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) within four years of hire date.
• Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers.

Responsabilités

• Assesses physical, social, and psychological status of patients using a systematic nursing process.
