Job summary

Saint Alphonsus Health System in Boise, Idaho is seeking a Telemetry RN to join our night-shift team on the Telemetry floor. You will provide continuous cardiac monitoring, interpret rhythms, and participate in multidisciplinary care to ensure patient safety.

The role emphasizes critical thinking, collaboration, and use of advanced monitoring technology in a fast-paced hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Current Idaho or multistate RN license required.
• BLS certification at date of hire.
• ACLS certification within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and deliver high-quality patient care on Telemetry for continuous cardiac observation.
• Interpret cardiac rhythms and respond promptly to changes in patient status.
• Collaborate with monitor techs, CNAs, providers and specialists to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Utilize monitoring technology and critical thinking to stabilize patients when needed.
