Job summary

Fairview Hospital / Cleveland Clinic is seeking a Registered Nurse for Medical/Surgical Telemetry to provide patient-centered bedside care for adults with complex medical and post-surgical needs in a telemetry unit with continuous cardiac monitoring.

You will assess patients, develop care plans, interpret cardiac rhythms, administer medications, coordinate with the care team, educate patients and families, and maintain compliant nursing documentation to support optimal outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure.
• Strong assessment skills and ability to interpret cardiac/telemetry rhythms.
• Medication administration proficiency and clinical judgment for complex patients.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and develop/implement individualized nursing care plans.
• Interpret cardiac rhythms and respond to telemetry changes to support patient safety.

• Coordinate care with an interdisciplinary team, ensuring continuity and quality outcomes.
