Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of Accredited School of Nursing (Diploma, AD).
• Registered Nurse license required.
• CPR-BCLS certification.
• ACLS required before completion of orientation.
• NIH Stroke Scale required before completion of orientation.
• Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities.
• Maintains professional appearance at all times.
• Ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and individualized nursing care to patients based on the application of scientific nursing principles.
• Collaborate with other professional disciplines to ensure effective patient care delivery and achievement of desired patient outcomes.
• Interact with patients and significant others in a professional manner.
• Telemetry Registered Nurses provide care by connecting patients to machines that monitor electrocardiogram and heart rate information.
