Qualifications

• Associates Nursing or Diploma (Nurse) Nursing or Bachelors Nursing-Preferred
• RN license required upon hire (or as stated)
• BLS or equivalent certification required

Responsibilities

• Perform the Nursing Process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes, planning, implementation and evaluation) using evidence-based practice.
• Provide patient-centered care reflecting cultural diversity and age-specific needs.
• Partner with patient and family using bedside shift reports and interdisciplinary rounds.
• Promote safe, quality care and adherence to clinical standards and policies.
