Job summary

The RN will provide therapeutic care, coordinate patient education, and work within an interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes. Essential duties include nursing assessment, care planning, medication administration, documentation, discharge planning, and patient/family education.

Qualifications

• Requires BSN and 0–1 year of acute care RN experience.
• Knowledge of nursing processes, patient assessment, and care planning.
• Ability to follow policies, document accurately, and communicate with the care team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and document them.
• Develop and monitor Plans of Care with individualized interventions.
• Administer medications and IV therapy per policy and MD orders.
• Coordinate transfers, discharges, and education with patients and families.
