Job summary

Smart Hires Corporation seeks a Monitor Tech to support telemetry monitoring on a full-time, 0.8 position with an alternating weekend NOC shift in Hayward, CA. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Proven ability to monitor telemetry rhythms accurately.
• Experience communicating patient status to RNs and team.

Responsibilities

• Monitor telemetry patients continuously and notify RN of rhythm changes.
• Identify rhythm components (P, QRS, T waves) and abnormalities.
• Prepare telemetry unit, apply leads, and document strips.
• Enter/discharge patients in telemetry systems and ensure chart accuracy.
• Orient new staff to telemetry systems as needed.
